condensation on grp rooflights?

How can I cure condensation from forming on grp rooflights?
This is a newly built workshop and after several weeks using a dehumidifier the problem hasn't been solved.

Rooflights = cold
Air inside = warm & moist

Keep inside air away from cold rooflights - try clingfilm first it's cheaper - if works consider sheet of perspex as a form of double glazing.
