my sky has great picture but no sound, it was working fine but the sound just went off, have tried a new scart lead, no good, i asume it must be the scart socket. what can i do.

if your the box that your useing has , jackplugs ,inputs that are colored , red . white , yellow , you can get a scart lead , with a scart plug on one end" and the 3 colored, jackplugs on the other end, of red / white/ yellow, on the other end , put the scart pulg into the tv , and the other jacks in to the box, or the other way around, jacks into the tv , if the tv has the jack plugs inputs, but if you if you have sound on other channells, then the lead is not the problem , mick
