How do I re-pressurise the water in a Sime Super 80 Boiler?

Hi,

I have a Sime Super 80 boiler, and the black needle indicating the water pressure is very low. I have been told I need to re-pressurise the system to get the black needle back inline with the red needle.

Please would someone be able to tell me exactly how I go about doing this?

Thanks for your help in advance,

Lyndsey

you need to open the valve on the filling loop (usually a silver flexi tube with a service valve on, some times need a screwdriver to do,) turn slot/knob 90 degrees until needle rises to desired level then turn back off again.
