We have a Ritetemp free standing artificial log burning stove, model #RTL300TQ, serial #RTO3082141. When it is time for it to relight, the gas comes out and the igniter clicks, but it takes several seconds to combust creating a small explosion out the front of the stove. Repairmen for propane stoves in this area are nonexistent. What do we do?

you can ask the people that deliver your propane gas. these people installed my ritetemp and are very good when it comes to operation of these units.
