First off, have you checked the Flow Indicator Filter? These need to be taken out and rinsed off after every use. Second, empty the solution tank and fill with warm water. Push up on the valve to see if water comes out. These get gummed up easily. Do the same with the water tank. It also has a valve in the bottom. Third, remove the beater brush and look at the two small red sprayers. These clog up with dirt and hair if not cleaned after every use. I have found that it is much easier to clean mine up when everything is still wet than after it has dried. Trust me, it's well worth the effort!
