Potterton Promax combi not working after re-pressurisation?

We had a new kitchen fitted in summer which meant the removal of a radiator. The workmen replaced it but never bothered refilling it. Come the recent cold snap I found myself having to refill the rad. and then having to repressurise the system. The problem is that on turning the selector switch to central heating/hot water the 'Burner on' light is not lit and the E119 Error message is displayed, even though the system seems to be correctly presssurised.
Would be grateful if anyone can help!

Hi, I had this problem I had to keep switching it on and off to get the boiler to kick in, im sure the guy come and changed the board, mine was still under warranty but it took alot of pushing to get it changed because everytime he come it would work ok, I'm now having problems with the pressure staying up it drops over night for not reason, now having the pressure value release something done. E119 is a pressure error, maybe you have air trapped in the system try bleeing rads for few days continually until your 100% sure no air trapped
