Hi,
when i run the hot taps in the house, the water gets luke warm but that is it.
All the radiators in the house are working ok but there is just no hot water from taps

check motorised valves depending what kind of systom you have valves are next to cylinder or if its a combi the valves wi be built in the boiler its self switch from ch to just hot water on control panal get someone to watch if the switch on the valve moves if it dose not its your valve motor thats the usual fault hope this helps

If it is a conventional system check the fill/expansion tank for water ball floats do stick. fill it then vent the system with pump off.. could also be a blocked cold feed pipe..you need help from someone with basic plumbing skills if it is that..
