Kenmore model 665-17039 stops mid cycle, leaves water in tub and does not dry. Start button is flashing.

hit high temp wash and alternate with heated dry.. it will clear the error.. either replace the heating element or the control board.. you have a heating issue.. it is either not heating or the control is not sensing the temperature change
