How can I fix my MIKOMI 14" TV Model No K14TK205Q-G?

This TV has power to it but the screen is dead and there is no power light on the front of the TV. Is this a quick fix? What can I check?

seen a few of these sets now with same symptoms , its usually a faulty transformer,i generally scrap them as repair is uneconomical due to ever decreasing prices eg,argos, asda,tescos.
