when i try to record on my sky+box i get a message saying system fault,ive been on to sky who told me to do a system reboot,but when i try to record same thing happens

Good old SKY again..Keep on top of updates which sky seem to do a lot..Like the old AMSTRAD EMAILER telephone which you had to download updates for which costed.If not the phone would become useless..Ive heard the same problem from many but is usually fixed by updating the software..They are a bit of a pain..If not then i`m afraid you have a fault just as your box states..Good luck..
