Ideal Isar continuing problem?

We have a problem with an Isar M30100 condensing combi - every time you turn on the hot water when the heating's on, it trips the boiler off with a L-F error (this happens many times a day). It also occasionally goes off at other times when just the c/h is on. We've had three different people round (2 from the manufacturer) and have had new ignition leads, a new pcb and a new ionisation detector, as well as having the condensate drain pipe checked several times, but it's still cutting out. They have now told us to "monitor it for a month", but that's a long time when you have no reliable heating or hot water! Can anyone help with a suggestion of what might be causing this? Thanks!

Ideal??,.. far from it, After Having one of these poor quality boilers fitted just 4 yrs ago, and after 4 seperate call outs.. the piece of junk has finally been warranted a economic write-off..

i hate ideal., October 2010
Its beacause its an ideal.
Thank you warm front for fitting thousands of these boilers. Did you know that my parts center stock more parts for these boiler than any other.
Its going to cost you hundreds over the years
take it out and fit a worcester boiler.

these boilers are absolute ***T! sorry if that offends but id be hounding them to get it sorted. L-F faults occur for numerous reasons and many miles away from manufacturers fault finding alot of the time. probe problems burner problems etc etc etc. would need someone to spend a while and strip the thing down.
