I tried to put my hot water on and there's no hot water coming out! Also discovered my heating isn't working either, i can hear the boiler but there's no heat in the radiators. Just switched the heating dial to off for now. Any ideas what the problem could be? I tried to pull down the front panel to see if there were any further fault leds but i couldn't even get that to unclip

try some wd 40 on diverter pin top of diverter in greasy kitchens they can gum up also there are 2 filters that need cleaning anually.. see baxi manual
