the baffle plates have buckled badly?

the baffle plates in my trianco trader 65 oil fired boiler. have buckled and melted. would like to know a possible cause of this problem and if possible a repair solution before I replace the baffles with new ones.

do you service yearly? might be able to adjust air mix or downfire by a tech. other wise just get new baffles
