Diplomat ADP 8252?

I've read all the answers about resetting or mopping out machines, but our (built in) 8252 just won't respond to any resetting we try and I can't find how to get into the tray to mop up water. I also think I may have messed up by pressing the lock inwards with a screwdriver, (I think I read somewhere that this could be the problem) and now the machine doesn't lock and I can't flick it back to it's lock position. The indicator panel is also only half working, I can only read the 'top half' of the programme which makes it difficult to see what the error message is. Any ideas out there from anyone on what I can do to solve this before I either get an engineer out or probably cheaper - buy a new one. Thanks

Hi Tim, it sounds like a few faults there so I think an engineer visit would be preferable.Just a note though, call outs with vat are approx £83 and the control panel pcb's are approx £116 plus vat. all the best.
