Help!!! How do I manual eject a video cassette from my Sanyo VHR-190E?

A video cassete is jammed inside my Sanyo VHR-190E video cassette recorder. It went in but wouldn't play. When I try and turn on the power it comes on momemtarily then shuts down. I have removed the covers and I can see a small belt needs replacing, Repair is probably not worthwhile but the vdeo is a valuable one borrowed from a friend and I need to get it out! Can anyone help please?

Sorry to add again but I forgot to classify the Q under VCR's .

you can manuel eject a video i have done it dozens of times but you will have to be very patient because it takes ages you will have to remove all the covers on some models and look for the ejector wheel this may have a belt connected to it keep pushing the wheel around all the time nothing will happen for a while but you will see the tape rising slowly keep pushing the wheel around until the tape reaches the top and begins to eject now you can pull the tape out before trying this make sure yhe tape is not stuck in the play mode with the tape rap round the drum otherwise you will damage the tape.
