Valient combi boiler installed 2005?

I had a totally new heating system installed in 2005 and have had no problems, now for no apparent reason I have no hot water at the taps,the radiators all work fine. Is there anything which I could check before calling the installer.

Check mains water presure is coming in, if no luck there could be diverter or heat exchanger problem,is it being serviced regularily.
