Zenith H2013Y Aux. input?

How do I get the TV to aux. input to use a DVD player? The TV has audio video connections on the back, but the remote doesn't help, nor does changing channels down below 001.

This was a challenge, but with a little more determination and patience, everything was worth it. LOL! My 5 year old and her dusty VHS tapes Thank You/and all that helped. Just imagine... ALL of the buttons, on the left side on the t.v. UNMARKED?!? Ironically the Vol Up/Down & Ch Up/Down buttons are CLEARLY marked??? Yes... pure Joy! LOL!!! Excuse me, while I go take some Excederin now...

This was truly a life saver! For mine it was slightly different but the key was the 4 digit code!!

what do you mean menu disepears

dude, January 2011
This article did get me going in the right direction although I have a Zenith se2593w. For the se2593w (if anyone other than me in the world owns one).

1. Continuely press the menu button until you reach the "source:antenna" option.

2. Use adjust button to toggle to "source:aux"

Hold menu down untl it dissapears then punch 9876+enter, new menu shows up and go to bottom of second row and turn aux on . I then turned the TV off and back on and AUX shows up when I go down my channels. Thanks for the info.

KB THANK YOU!

it worked for my tv i would of never figured this out............ without you!

GABE, January 2009
this works. as far as moving through the menus, it is the REC button on my remote that facilitated that.

JY, December 2008
It didnt work so yall know, I pressed and held it on the TV and the menu dissappeared but i dont understand what yall meant by 9,8,7,6 enter. If you meant the remote it didnt work, if you meant buttons on the tv, there is none

JB, November 2008
This worked for me however at first i didnt hold the menu button down on the tv. Cant do it fromt he remote. Also once your done changing the aux to on, you scroll all the way back to the top left where it appears to be a version number and hit enter to exit. Alot of people are lazy about putting the complete details on how to do something.

Yo, July 2008
1) Press and hold down the menu button (until the menu disappears).
2) Then input code 9, 8, 7, 6, enter.
3) A new menu should appear. Go to C10 Aux (bottom of 2nd column) and change to "ON".
4) AUX will be added as a channel and will fall right below channel 1.
