two lights flashing..machine starts but water does not go into the machine what is the problem

Hi ann, 12043 is not the model.It should have a code that says ADP8332 etc.I will also need to know what 2 lights as all these things mean a code.As much info as possible as that is all I can make a diagnosis on.All the best.
