hot water issues?

i have an worcester bosch 240 combi, and have a couple of problems which might be releated.
1. when i run a bath the radiators become warm even though the heating is turned off.
2. the water will only become hot if i turn the tap right down otherwise it is luke warm at medium/ fast flow?

It's the diverter valve. Had the same problem on my 240. Changed the diaphragm inside good as new..

I second the divertor valve. Had the same problem on my Worcester Bosch 24CDi. Be aware it is a pig to get to being stuck right at the back if its anything like mine

divertor valve. sticking partially in ch position hence the warm rads and due to loss of heat into rads...poor hot water.
