Dishes not clean in bottom tray - Diplomat ADP8352?

I have a Diplomat ADP8352 (yes I know). After running the washing cycle, I find the crockery on the top tray is clean but the bottom tray remains dirty. I have cleaned the lower spray arm and there are no blockages. The arm also spins freely when I give it a twirl.

Can anyone please advise me?

Hi Steve - Did you manage to fix it - as we now have the same problem - your help would be much appreciated!
Thanks

HI Foxy,

Thanks for your response. Yes, the machine is going the full cycle and finshing. The machine is running at the moment but if I will check the lower arm support once its finished - I assume this is the centre piece that the lower arm clips onto?

The machine is not noticeably noisier than normal.

A bit more information to help diagnose, when I open the door mid cycle, I can see the top spray arm is spinning but the lower one is not. Does that point to the motor being the problem?

Any advice gratefully received.

Hi Steve, thats a strange one.Its going the full cycle and finishing? I did have one recently and that was the recirc motor, not enough pressure.Look in the lower arm suport and see if its clear. Is it noisier than normal?I would say motor. All the best.
