Could be several reasons, I am guessing it is a gas boiler with a balanced flu? It could be insufficient air flow for combustion, or a faulty sensor but the best advice is to contact a reputable Corgi registered service engineer, if you don't know any ask friends or locals who they recommend, personal recommendations are better than adverts
