my boiler fires up when we turn on the hot tap but if we are in the shower or the water is running for a long period of time the water keeps goin cold, the boiler locks out for a minit or two then fires again! the engineer spoke to vokera and was told to change the stat which he did but its still the same! any ideas?

I had exactly the same problem with my Vokera boiler and it was due to the pressure of the water going through the boiler not being powerful enough to keep the burners going. Once the pressure of the water going through the boiler was increased, the problem went away.
