It seems to be a design fault with this model the steam has stopped going up the tube and upon taking it apart the plastic has all chrystalised ! We need a new plastic box ( where the connection goes into it ) and new steam jets that fasten onto the box !! I wouldnt mind but this has hardly been used and has stood hidden away for 2 years since it broke. Can any one help ?

well no one has an answer then, i will answer it myself to help any further queries with this machine. All parts or the majority are obselete, but get a dad with a lathe, mine has made the jet out of brass (instead of plastic) and the machine is like new again !!!!
