how do i remove the front lens on a canon 70-300 ef lenes?

i droped my canon 70-300 ef lens and broke the sky light filter the broken glass scrached the front lens,how do i remove this lens to replace it and also to remove fine glass which has got behind the lens.

Removing the lens is a simple process, you should find a small button at the camera end of the lens which when pressed will allow you to unscrew the lens. Removing the fragments of glass should then be fairly easy, maybe a vacuum cleaner would be best.
