Puma Potterton 80 low pressure light?

Help.
My Potterton Puma 80 combi boiler has stopped working.
Red low pressure light came on.
Have refilled up to 1.5, bled radiators - topped back up to 1.5.
The light is still on and boiler will not fire up for hot water or heating.
How long does it take for pressure to come through the system.
Thanks

Thanks Mark,
Pulled off one of the yellow wires and the boiler did fire up.
All week, the pressure has been moving between 0.5 and 3 when the heating is on.
Just came home this evening and the heating is not working - boiler not firing up.
It seems weird that the hot water is working fine.
Pressure is on 1.

the problem is the pressure swith, if you remove cover and look to the right about midway up (if my memory serves me) you will see a round swith about the size of a 50 pence on one of the pipes with 2 yellow wires on it pull one of and boiler will work.....its up to you if you replace switch
