Running Windows XP, I have lost the ability to select any other Desktop Appearance but Windows Classic Style, when usually there are two options - http://www.theeldergeek.com/HT2_003.htm

Can anyone help restore this please?!

I pressed something wrong and now all icons in my desktop are lying. I can run my computer but I must turn it in 90 degrees. Somebody said that it is possible to repair by klicking ctrl and sign up buit it didn´t work for me
