There was a problem whereby the door would not seal and the door locked light kept on flashing.I decided to unscrew the door catch connected to the washer and that now seems to have fallen inside the washer next to the drum and seal.Is there a way i can remove the seal so i can get the catch and screw it back into place - Hoover nextra 6 kg load

Far easier just to drag machine out into the floor, remove back cover or tip machine up at an angle, screws should be lying in the base area.
