How can I vent my halogen lights?

The halogen lights in my bedrooms are dangerously close to the ceiling insulation. I have managed to raise the transformers but need to put something above the lights to get air to them. Any ideas?

Firecaps Fire hoods or change the lights to ones that already come with them.

OR

change the lights to the low voltage type to reduce heat

try megaman who sell them for about 8 9 quid each

make a hole in the insulation so the insulation is atleast 50mm away from the light.

Other than that get some fire hoods
