ewg1440w showing e10 ?

hi there - am also getting the e10 sign but haven't moved the machine - it is only 6 months old and has been working fine so I guess no pipes have been kinked - have checked and the filter is clean too...help, please!

E10.pull the machine out and check inlet hose for kinks as they can become kinked whilst in possition because of the spinning/vibration.if you are using a seperate waste pipe and have pushed the drain hose to far down it,this also can give this fault.inlet valves could also be faulty and will need testing and replacing if found faulty.hopefully its one of the first 2 issues as these are free to repair!.PS drain hose wants to be no more than 12" down into the waste pipe otherwise the water syphons away during the wash cycle.if its connected under the sink forget this as it wont be your fault.
