The opening window of a double glazed double side hinged window won't close at the top leaving a heavy draught to come in, it does still lock at the bottom and nothing appears bent on the sliding hinges.
if it is open on the hinge side,you will need to replace the hinges,if its the lock side thats the prob you may need a new lock or lock adjusting,hope this helps
