worcester 24cdi combi. the DHW demand is flashing quickly.any ideas?

the DHW is flashing quickly and the book says call a service engineer. what can i try first?

think its fan/flue fault, if you reset can you hear the fan run before it starts flashing? if so its prob either knackered air pressure switch or common one, blocked or split/degraded hoses.
