baxi 133he breakdown help?

iva had this bollly fix it for £239ier 3 years, now its gone on the blink. got british gas cover, theyve come out twice, cant seem to fix it! had one of my corgi registered friends to look at it, still no joy. it basically overheats and cuts out after 10-15 minutes.
Rang Baxi customer service, theyd gratefully fix it for £239!! what a joke. im not a technician or anything, but i know when someone is taking liberties.
Can anyone suggest any way of fixing this sucker, as engineers dont seem to have a clue.

it could be various things, first check the seal on the combustion door (the one that covers the burner) it could need replacing, the door it's self might be mis-shapened, the bolts might not be holding it firmly, when you take the combustion door off & look at the heat exchanger in the four corners are rubber seals (round black) they might need cutting back as they could be holding the door off of the door seal or the fan overheat stat might be faulty, check the burner isn't damaged (very easy as it's only fabric) hope this helps
