I have got a friend who has a baxi solo bolier and gch. The small radiator in the hallway has never worked (cold). could it be a faulty radiator or faulty rad valves.
Is it reletively easy to fix ?

If it has a themostatic rad valve,then the pin under the head could be stuck.or it could be air if pipes are dropping to the rad,try turning off all other rads in the house and hot water,turn heating on and it may blow it around the system,on the other hand it could be debris sludge in pipes or rad this will req rad to be removed.
