Best thing to do would be to either Mega Poxy ( 3 min) or Tennax a couple of flat steel strips onto the base of coffe table across crack to hold the weight and prevent further cracking.. Again depending on the type of table and if it is resin coated or not depends on method of filling crack and then polishing.. Basically again i would use Tennax and fill up crack over full... Then wait for tennax to go off slightly so it is still sof but no longer a paste, it is solid but soft. Cut off excess with Razor blade then Draw the sharp edge over the surface of crack to level .. Scratching the filled crack back to level with surrounding stone. Then start with a 260 grit and polish by hand or with polisher until area is smooth.. Switch to 320 and finish with a nice polish pad.
