Iv been told by the Customer Services (who are useless btw) that the company that make the product is in China. I told them I need the contact details of the company cos the 16days are up. Further research (by ME) on here suggests it may be Mikomi.
The Model number is DS-306A and I want to make it a multi region and need the other info to put it thru to the hack site!! Cos its not picking it up on the Argos Value model number at all.
