I am changing the taps on the bath. Can i turn the water off to just upstairs or do i just turn off the stopcock under the kitchen sink and run the bath taps.

Turn off the main incoming stopcock, Then run the taps to drain the pipes. When changing the taps, change the fibre sealing washers on the pipe. After changing taps switch on water, run taps to get air out. Switch off taps and check for small leaks at pipe joints for about 30 minutes before putting panels back on bath
