How can I fix my Unidare storage heater WMS712 ?

Hi - please can someone help me on how I go about fixing my Unidare storage heater? I can't afford an expensive call-out. I've seen lots of websites for parts but how will I know what part I need?

The lights on at the wall and I have input and output set to 7 but it's not heating up.

Thanks!

Hi, I have a similar problem with my unidare WMS712N.
I have carried out the suggest made by a user on this website, when opening up the storage heater I could see a red light which i could push?

Ive had two call outs and both times they can not work out the problem.
In total I have 4 storage heater and only one of them work one call out suggested no power going from the mains to the heater (run on different fuse boxes) if this is the case then why is one of them still working?

I believe where ive cover the heaters from time to time ive over heated them.

Please can someone help!! any suggestion would be great. Thanks

please make sure any switch contolling heater is switched of before you carry out any work chances are it overheated due to restricted air around heater you will have to remove front panel by removing the screws located at the bottom of heater then pull this panel at bottom towards you and then lift uptowards top of heater with this removed u will see a little red button which u can push , you will hear it click that s it heater will start to heat that night providing u switch back on
