Radiator won't heat up and both pipes are cold?

Hi, I have one radiator upstairs that won't heat up and both the inlet and outlet pipes are cold. It was working last Winter.

I have bled it and it has a Danfoss TRV which is OK. If there is a blockage or air lock is it safe to turn all the other radiators off to force it through? Any other ideas?

Any help gratefully received. Thank you.

Thanks Tony, the TRV pin is free to move though. Could the TRV cause any other problems?

I'm confused that both pipes are cold......does that mean that there could be a blockage or air lock further back down the feed pipe?
I really want to try to fix this myself - what could I try next???
Cheers, Starbar

Yes.turn all the others off,but i suspect the TRV pin to have stuck. You need to unscrew the lid then with a pair of pliers gently pull the pin up and down. You should then hopefully start to see something happen.
