my radiators work but i cant get hot water

Plumber Joe no listen - the lady said, "my radiators work but i cant get hot water".

I think he's a "guessing plumber" sarah....

I'm not a plumber but I can still guess that it's more likely to be the control / diverter valve stuck and only sending hot water to the rads and not the H/W storage tank - but this is just a guess like Joe's...

Best call a heating engineer... do it soon because they'll all be taking a break in a few days...

quite simply an air lock

check on the radiator where the bleed plug is, usually on top, get the right type of key to fit the hole, (usually a triangle or square shape head) and open up the valve to expel the air, this solves about 90% of rad problems, let me know how u get on
