try removing the cartridge and open the flap where the paper prints. you should see two rubber wheels which feed the paper in and out while it prints.get a cotton bud dipped in a little alcohol( cheap aftershave or nail polish remover) then clean the rubber wheels and anything else that may appear to have dust. use a hairdryer at a distance of about a foot (12 inches) if your dryer has a cool blow function use this. leave your printer for an hour then refit your cartridge good luck.
