well i was getttin my clothes out the draw and my straighteners just dropped on the floor now they wont heat up or turn on

I wouldn't recommend you try to fix them, but my girlfriend knows of a couple of people who have sent them back asking for repair, even out of guarantee, and GHD just send them a new set back, f.o.c.

They seem to be a genuine manufacturer who is actually bothered about their customers!
