there is software in the box you have , and you should be able to see it , when you open the (system information ) , and its when you get to the software box , thats were you type 1004, at the box , i fixed one of them last week , but i had to type 1004 at the box more than ten times at for it to open , and then there was no broblem opening it again , try type 1004 and press ok each time that you try " tell me how far can you get into the menu,
