My Creative Zen Touch version 1.01.03 doesn't connect to the pc, i installed the driver, and the device. I've got the nomad driver, but whenever i attach the device to my usb port/lead and double click on NOMADexplorer, it just says not connected. I use windows 2000 professional, if it matters?
I purchased it from www.micodirect.com just over a month ago and recieved it as a birthday present. I would be more than grateful to the person who can help me! Thanxs a lot!

the software with the zens isnt the best i never use it because of that exact problem. try using windows media player that always notices it when i use that! or try going to my computer and see if its reconized in there!
