Potterton combi 80 lockout light?

the red lockout light keeps coming on on my combi 80,Both when using the hot water and the central heating.I have looked inside boiler but can,t see anything wrong.Any help please

IANAP, but I did it without the boiler swicthed on and tried to make sure that the pressure did not go above 1 bar

The fault finding flowchart suggests "re-pressuris"ing the "system". Is there a tap controlling a pipe between the CH Flow and CH return?

Using that may help.
