how can i fix halstead finest gold boiler?

i have a halstead finest gold boiler, water is coming out the pressure relief pipe when over 2 bar of pressure. would you think the pressure relief valve is shot? if so could i replace it easy?

your expansion vessel has probably lost it's charge. drain the boiler and try recharging
