Analog tuner - TV copes well with interference
Digital tuner - TV very demanding of good signal - picture prone to freezing & breaking up some days
Sky Satellite tuner - excellent signal strength - good picture & sound always
My guess is you will either get nothing at all or at best a really poor digital signal with an indoor aerial unless you're very close to a transmitter.
