Back boiler - can't get radiators on?

Baxi Bermuda 401, I have a one of these back boilers and I am having problems with the heating and water, the pilot light was off and we found this out as we had no heating although the lights were on on the control panel. We relit the pilot light and are not sure is the water is working as there would have still be hot water in the tank. But the heating still won't come on, the pilot light is on, please help we are freezing and have two small children and don't know what to do. Many thanks

It could also be the solenoid on the gasvalve if the pilot is lit,the clock is calling for heat but the mainflame isnt lit.

if the pilot light is on then the programer must call for hot water or heating check the room stat is calling for heating check the programer is calling for water or heating ,you may also check your pump is running,if the pump is exessively hot,it may have burned out, swich it off,and get acompetent person in to replace it,a new grunfoss pump retails about 70 pounds (plus labour)

it could be the motorised valve
