I have fire and good points, fuel to the bowl but the tractor will not start I gave it a shot of ether and it fired so I figured no fuel? Anyway any repair tips???
If you have fuel in the bowl, and runs ok after you have giving her ether, and mixture is also fine, then check that the choke-control is working, also check gasket (s) on carburettor are a good fit.
