its all subject to the make/size of lights..if its the size of say £2 coin with leds, you cant replace leds..need to replace the whole fitting.the light should lift up from its hole no probs ,but also check connection under decking of that light, if its one of them little connection boxes size of matchbox it may be the type where you push the cable onto little spikes in the box,,sometimes they need to be redone....hope that helps
