how can i fix my worcester bosch gas boiler?

The reset button is flashing red every second and the blue light every 2 seconds?

We have a manuel stating dt20 programmer for greenstar 1 and greenstar si models but it does not give any help on this problem?

We are not even sure of the actual models name?

No heating or hot water, very bad indeed, please help!

Some of the Bosch boilers are sensitive to power interruptions.
Try turning the main power off at the switch (switch-fuse), not on the front of the boiler, leave it off for a few seconds then switch back on again.
You may have to press the boiler's on/off power switch to switch it back on. When it is on the main indicator light will be on. There is a second smaller indicator with a flame symbol next to it which indicates when the gas burner is operating.
If the main light continue to flash, expecially after presseing the reset buttons, then there is a fault.

Hello,

I ma not a boiler engineer, just someone who had the same light combination on a worcester greenstar 28i junior. The red light is the reset button and when I pressed that (might need to hold for a second before let let go) everything started back up again normally.
Mine did this twice and is currently fine but if happens again in near future I will be calling an engineer..

Good luck!
